Return Policies

  • All Sales are final.

  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Store credit will only be applied to parts returned in an acceptable, unaltered and uninstalled condition. All store credits expire 6 months from the original order date.

  • Returns will be accepted up to 15 days after the order date, and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

  • Returned parts must be packaged with the same care as originally shipped.

  • The return authorization number and customer name must be printed on the outside of the box for the package to be accepted. Once a return authorization is sent to the customer, it is valid for 30 days. If MARNO does not receive the return within 30 days, the customer will need to contact MARNO for another valid return authorization.

  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with a note describing the reason for the return.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. COD or freight collect returns will not be accepted.

  • MARNO has no responsibility in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, ordering or installation of a part or problem. The responsibility of correctly diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct part, and successfully installing the part, remains with the customer and his/her technician.

  • Upon receipt of your shipment, please open packaging immediately and inspect for any damage during shipping and verify the correct part has been received.

  • MARNO liability due to a defective part is limited to the value of the part only. We will not be responsible for labor costs, downtime, freight costs, or any other associated costs, for any reason.

  • MARNO will exchange a part only after the original part has been received in an acceptable, unaltered condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping the original part to MARNO at their expense. Returned parts must be packaged with the same care as originally shipped. The replacement part will be shipped at RL Parts expense.

  • MARNO reserves the opportunity to replace a faulty or incorrect part. If a replacement part is available but no longer needed, we will issue a store credit for the cost of the part.

  • Gaskets may not be returned for refund or store credit, all gasket sales are final.

  • Electrical parts are guaranteed 30 days. Exchanges of electrical parts that become faulty within 30 days are accepted for identical replacement only.

  • Electrical parts may not be returned for refund or store credit. An electrical part that becomes faulty may not be exchanged for a different part.

  • Special order items such as body or frame cut off sections or wiring harnesses are not returnable for either refund or store credit.

Cancellation Policies

  • Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.

Payment Policies

  • MARNO accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.

  • In the event of an order in excess of $1000, we request an invoice be scanned, signed and returned.

GUARANTEE

  • Unless otherwise stated, all used parts come with a 30 day guarantee from the date of original purchase.

  • All new parts come with a 1 year guarantee from the date of original purchase.

  • Transfer Cases and Transmissions come with a 3 month guarantee from the date of original purchase.

  • Electrical parts are guaranteed 30 days from the date of original purchase. Exchanges of electrical parts that become faulty within those 30 days are accepted for identical replacement only (subject to availability).

  • Electrical parts may not be returned for refund or store credit. An electrical part that becomes faulty may not be exchanged for a different part.

  • MARNO will exchange a part only after the original part has been received in an acceptable, unaltered condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the original part to MARNO’s Glen Burnie Facility at their expense. The replacement part will be shipped at MARNO’s expense.

  • MARNO has no responsibility for the diagnosis or troubleshooting of a problem. The responsibility of ordering the correct part remains with the customer and his technician.

  • MARNO has no responsibility for parts that are damaged during shipment. Damaged shipments are the carrier’s responsibility. Reporting damaged shipments to the carrier is the customer’s responsibility.

  • MARNO guarantees the part shipped to be suitable for the make, model, and year of the requested application.  Used parts will be undamaged with typical wear for the year requested.

  • MARNO engines come with a 60 day warranty from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers the engine under normal operating conditions. MARNO recommends that prior to installation the technician inspects and replaces the front and rear main seals. The engine is guaranteed against engine knock and excessive oil use. The warranty does not cover installation errors, oil leaks or the labor costs associated with them. Disassembly, or any other modifications to the engine, voids all warranties.
